Everclear is hot on the trail of their ‘Lucky 7 Tour’ when they made their stop in Sacramento, California on Friday October 23rd, 2026 at The Ace of Spades convert venue. This tour marked a significant milestone for the legendary band as they celebrated their legacy. The line up was an ode’ to the smash radio hits that rocked our 90’s into the 2000’s. Along with the perfect pairing of American Hi-Fi as support this concert was an all around perfect bill. Sacramento let it be known that this was the perfect town to have this show.

The “Lucky 7” concept highlights their most influential era, tying back to their 1997 double-platinum album ‘So much for the Afterglow’ as well as songs from 2000’s ‘Songs from an American Movie Vol. 1 : Learning How to Smile’.

The pace of the setlist was nothing less to be expected of a band that’s been doing it for as long as Everclear has been. Starting with “You Make Me Feel Like a Whore” and “Everything to Everyone” and its anthemic hooks and instantly recognizable riffs, the crowd was fully on board!

The next few songs Everclear dipped into their darker, more post-grunge catalog that was a treat for long term fans. “Heroin Girl”, ” Blackjack”, and “Pale Green Stars” showed the grittier, more punk influence from the mid 90’s. The beautifully harrowing story telling from Art Alexakis’s highlighting his ability to craft amazing songs from dark themes.

Along the way all the classic smash radio hits were on tonight’s set list including “Father of Mine”, “Wonderful” and “Santa Monica”. The ultimate trip down memory lane, a great reminder of what brought the band to this point, where “The Lucky 7” was narrowed down to a 4 amazingly talented musicians that carried themselves through thick and thin, and still can command an audience like no other. Their tour will run through Nov 22nd, 2026, Don’t miss your chance to catch them!
